“OCD and Me!” was a lecture given by Paul Ritchie at the “Fully Alive” event in Gaggin, Bandon, on Thursday 21st May 2015. Paul is the pastor of Limerick Baptist Church. In this lecture Paul shares something of his own struggle with anxiety and depression, explores some of the causes of mental illness, offers hope to those who struggle in this way, and gives direction to those who want to help those who struggle with mental illness.
